Frank has spent more than 12 years of his life in this industry and quickly developed a passion for excellence in this space. Frank attended Culinary school at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu' where he developed his love for baking. While there, he realized that his passion went much farther than just baking, he was intrigued with the safety of food and how it was handled. Once Frank started to branch out and eventually became a health inspector, his technically accurate and rigorous approach became sought out by many. Most people whom encounter Frank in this capacity describes him as thorough and tough but always fair!
Frank has always had a passion for leadership which is why he authored a book "The Gifted Leader" to really help people peruse their passion in leadership. Frank believes that leadership is much more than a title or occupation, it is a gift. As a leadership coach and consultant, Frank leverages his skills and abilities to help people find the gift within them.
