Frank has spent more than 12 years of his life in this industry and quickly developed a passion for excellence in this space. He has been instrumental in developing and maintaining training materials as well as safety process. Frank has a very fun but impactful way of demonstrating and teaching these skills and all who participates leave empowered to be safe while having fun. Frank has a very keen eye on detail and is very thorough when assessing for opportunities that may arise.
Frank attended Culinary school at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu' where he developed his love for baking. While there, he realized that his passion went much farther than just baking, he was intrigued with the safety of food and how it was handled. Once Frank started to branch out and eventually became a health inspector, his technically accurate and rigorous approach became sought out by many. Most people whom encounter Frank in this capacity describes him as thorough and tough but always fair!
Frank has always had a passion for leadership which is why he authored a book "The Gifted Leader" to really help people peruse their passion in leadership. Frank believes that leadership is much more than a title or occupation, it is a gift. As a leadership coach and consultant, Frank leverages his skills and abilities to help people find the gift within them. Introspection and understanding who you are and how you show up as a leader is paramount when trying to discover who you are as a leader. The way that Frank leverages some of the exercises in "The Gifted Leader Workbook" is profound. His Leadership mantra is "in order to help people become better leaders, you must first help them become better people".
